Niche Technologies Private Limited wants every investor, company and visitor to be able to use this website, including people with disabilities. The site is built and tested to make it work with screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, screen magnification and speech input.
Conformance target
- Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA.
- IS 17802 (Part 1): 2021 and the Guidelines for Indian Government Websites (GIGW) 3.0, where they apply.
- The Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016, and the SEBI circular on digital accessibility for regulated entities dated 31 July 2025.
We do not claim conformance to Level AAA.
Current status
All 14 pages of this website have been tested with automated tools and every issue found has been fixed. A manual audit by an IAAP-certified auditor is now in progress. We will update this statement with the audit result and date once the audit is signed off.
How this site is tested
- Manual testing with the JAWS and NVDA screen readers on Windows, VoiceOver on Mac and iPhone, and TalkBack on Android.
- Keyboard-only checks of every link, menu, form and control.
- Colour contrast checks for text and interface parts.
- Zoom to 200% and reflow at a 320 pixel wide screen.
- Automated tools (axe, WAVE and Lighthouse), used only as a first check.
Accessibility features on this site
- A "Skip to content" link at the top of every page.
- Clear page regions (header, navigation, main content, footer) and a logical heading order.
- A visible focus outline on every link, button and form field.
- Text and background colours that meet WCAG AA contrast.
- Text that can be enlarged and pages that reflow on small screens without sideways scrolling.
- A home page slider that can be paused and controlled with the keyboard.
- Forms with visible labels, clear required fields and error messages.
- Links to PDF documents that state the file type and size.
- Questions and answers (FAQ) that work with the keyboard and screen readers.
Known limitations
- PDF documents such as circulars, forms and reports have not yet been tested for accessibility. If you cannot read a PDF, contact us and we will send the content in another format.
- The map on the Contact Us page is provided by Google. Our full address is given as text on the same page.
