Presently the company is acting as Registrar & Transfer Agent for more than 850 companies, presently relating to both physical & demat segment. It has been ranked at No.1 on all India basis, in terms of number of issues handled, during the F.Y. 1996-97 by Prime Database. NSDL & CDSL also places the organization as leading Share Transfer Agent in Eastern India.

NICHE is managed by a Board of directors comprising of eminent professionals from varied field from all over the country. It includes Chartered Accountants, Chartered financial analyst, Law Graduates, Cost Accountants, Company Secretaries and Data-Processing and System experts.
